At BinkyPaws (binkypaws.store), we pour our hearts into handweaving each wicker pet bed to ensure the highest quality for your furry family members. We want you and your pet to love your new purchase. However, if something isn't right, we are here to help.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds.
1. 14-Day Return Window (EU Right of Withdrawal)
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your product for any reason within 14 days from the day you received your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The wicker bed and any included pillows must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received them.

The item must be completely free of pet hair, odors, scratches, or any signs of wear.

It must be returned in its original packaging or equivalently secure protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we strictly cannot accept returns on items that have been used by pets.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our family team at hello@binkypaws.store within 14 days of delivery. Please include your Order Number and the Reason for Return.

Our team will review your request and provide you with the correct return shipping address to our workshop in Poland.

Do not send your purchase back to the courier before contacting us, as it will not be recognized by our warehouse team.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cross-Border Returns: Since our items are handcrafted and shipped from Poland, please note that international return shipping fees (especially for larger, volumetric wicker items from regions like the UK, Ukraine, or North America) can be expensive. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost by the courier.
4. Damaged or Defective Items upon Arrival
We pack our natural wicker creations with extra care. However, if your item arrives damaged due to transit, please help us resolve it quickly:

Take clear photos of the damaged product and the outer shipping box immediately.

Email us at hello@binkypaws.store within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Inspection and Refunds

Once your return package is delivered to our workshop in Poland, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria (unused, no pet hair, etc.).

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved: Your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days (depending on your bank or credit card issuer).
6. Non-Refundable Situations
We reserve the right to deny a refund if:

The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

The item shows clear signs of pet use, hair, dirt, or damage not caused by shipping.

The item is damaged during the return transit due to poor packaging by the customer.
