1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed, securely packed, and handed over to our courier partners within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Polish public holidays).

You will receive a notification email containing your tracking information as soon as your package leaves our hands.

Every single order from binkypaws.store is shipped with full tracking provided.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a direct tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier's portal.
4. Delivery Issues & Damaged Packages
Our natural wicker items are sturdy, but we pack them with extra care to withstand long journeys.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the outer box and the product immediately, and contact the courier driver to file a report.
